Assisting with enrollment, bookkeeping, and compliance
Supporting staff, families, and the Director with administrative tasks
Helping coordinate events, fundraising, and daily school operations
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google Suite
Previous administrative experience preferred
CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
Background check and fingerprinting required

Assisting the Lead Guide in maintaining a Montessori classroom environment
Supporting students individually and in small groups
Supervising classroom and outdoor activities
Preparing materials and ensuring a tidy learning space
Helping facilitate snack and lunch routines
Observing and documenting student progress
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required
CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
Background check and fingerprinting required
Experience with children preferred
